Yolanta produced this journal for over two years for celebrity cook, veggie grower and farmer Nadia Lim. Yolanta worked with Nadia, food stylists, recipe writers and photographers to capture, in relevant images, Nadia’s life on her farm throughout the seasons and her inspired use of seasonal fruits and vegetables in her daily cooking. This required Yolanta to plan and commission the content a year in advance. While Amanda Gaskin and Tim Donaldson from Seachange established the initial brand architecture, the subsequent execution of the journal was Yolanta’s work. It required careful planning between Yolanta, Nadia and photographers to ensure every required shot was anticipated and scheduled. Yolanta found stock shots and illustrations if needed or created her own.
